GARNETTE “TATOR” MOON MARIETTA, SC
Garnette Elizabeth “Tator” Clary Moon, 77, of Marietta, loving wife of the late John Larry Moon, Sr., passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital.
Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late James Warren and Ethel Elizabeth Dudley Clary. Mrs. Moon was a homemaker and a member of Forestville Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter: Pamala Smith; 3 sons: John (Judy) Moon, Jr., David (Debbie) Moon and Butch Moon; 2 sisters: Jackie (Ed) Bennett and Mickie (Gerald) Monroe; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a brother James Clary, Jr.
The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at The Howze Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at Grand View Memorial Gardens in Travelers Rest.
The family will be at the home.
